My Students

Students love working in groups to create knowledge products like class books and posters. For example, students can create class poetry books about Ancient China and posters about different aspects of Hinduism and Buddhism. These materials will help students share and learn from one another.

Our school is a wonderful microcosm of students from all over Los Angeles.

We are incredibly geographically and ethnically diverse. We have students from so many different backgrounds, all coming together to learn together and from each other! Thank you for supporting our wonderful learning community!

My Project

From poster and construction paper to markers, hole punching devices and a book binding machine and binding supplies, students will be able to create their own books and posters and make history come alive! With your help, students will learn with and from each other, and be able to share their knowledge by creating professional, creative, hands-on projects.

While researching the life and times of early Mesopotamians, as well as the great empires of Egypt, India, China, Greece, Rome, and more, students will love creating projects to share their knowledge!

Each day students come to class excited to learn new things and show their understanding in a variety of ways. Having poster and bookmaking supplies will help history come alive and will make a real difference for our students! Thanks for your support!
