it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My school is a Title I School with 100% free lunch for all. My students are creative, respectful and have an enormous love for learning. My students are investigative learners who enjoy also engaging in deep discussion with their peers. They love hands-on and engaging projects that allow them to think outside the box. They come to school each day ready to try new things in order to grow. Our school services many students that are in temporary housing. They are great and such an inspiration to all!
Many students in my classroom complete work by using multiple modalities.
Students in my classroom have difficulty completing assignments due to the lack of resources that are available in the room. My students are eager to come to school everyday and learn despite everything they have to deal with. I believe with the right resources and materials my students will be able to soar to new heights!
My Project
With the school year half way over, I am already in need of supplies for my students. In my classroom we are always in need of basic school supplies. This includes pencils and crayons. Also, to fit the needs of my students I am printing a lot resources from my printer to best fit what my students need.
I want my students to be excited for school and have the supplies and resources they need.
I'm asking for basic school supplies that will be used during the reminder of the school year. This includes pencils, crayons, ink, glue, printing paper and construction paper. These items will ensure my students will be able to complete art projects and will allow them to be creative. The ink and paper will be used to print resources for my students. Also, my students will be stress-free and will be able to complete fun projects with the supplies.
