Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are an ICT classroom that is made up of many different types of learners. Some of the students in this class are classified with special needs, or English is not their first language. Our school is located in a low income area in the Bronx.

Everyone in my classroom works hard to create a positive learning environment for the students.

All the students in our classroom love to learn. We are a hands on school that incorporates projects based learning and technology into the classrooms. Throughout the school day we teach 70 students! We are always trying to find new ways to make learning exciting and fun for our students!

My Project

We need a color printer in our classroom for many reasons! We only have 2 printers in the building for teachers to use and neither of them can print in color. Having one in the room will make printing for learning so much easier!

A color printer will make a difference in my students' learning because the color is engaging!

This printer and ink cartridges will help me to create posters, visual aids, charts, activities, and assignments for my students. This printer will ensure that we will have the materials needed to create engaging learning resources and so much more for my students. This printer will make our daily activities fun and more visually appealing.
