This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to always feel prepared and successful. Students need supplies and tools to be successful in the classroom and in their learning. Part of this order is tools for students to have a successful year and stay prepared for activities. I have chosen the items that we use throughout the entire school year for students to have their needs met in the classroom. The rest of the order is rewards and incentives to motivate students with positive reinforcement. I don't like to use negative consequences all the time. I find that it is more beneficial for students to see positivity in our classroom, including positive reinforcements and incentives, as well as birthday celebrations. These things create a classroom community where students feel valued, prepared, and accepted.
