Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with a lively group of students with learning difficulties. They struggle to complete academic tasks without lots of repetition and practice. They love it when learning becomes a game and they can interact with what they are learning.

My students are filled with a love of life and learning.

They don't let their disabilities hold them back from accomplishing new skills and meeting new goals. They need lots of hands-on activities to learn new skills. These activities will not only help them to develop key alphabetic and numeric knowledge but will also help them to build the fine motor skills to complete everyday tasks.

My students need some classroom supplies to help us continue to be successful. We create notebooks to help us learn our math skills, alphabet, and sight words. We color, cut, and glue these activities into our notebooks to show our learning. We will use these supplies to help complete our notebooks along with our daily classroom activities. The line stamp will allow us to add a line to drawings for my students to label pictures and write sentences.
