Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work in a very high needs school in the Bronx. We have limited access to learning tools and books. I am looking for ways to make learning more accessible to my students. My students are in an Integrated Co-Teaching classroom. They are an exciting group of mixed interest, abilities, and goals. Some of my students are reading above their grade level and others are struggling to sound out words and make meaning of what they are reading. My goal, as a teacher, is to meet students where they are and motivate them to go above and beyond.

These projects will allow me to bring exciting and educational projects to the families in our school community to foster the love of learning and expose them to new ideas.

With your help, I can make my students more well rounded.

My Project

With students now returning to school after more than a year of Blended and Remote Learning, there are many resources that students will need. These resources from Teachers Pay Teachers will vary from Google Slides to help them learn Math to improving their reading and writing skills.

Help me put resources in the hands of students no matter where they are academically this school year!

So many parents and families in our school community have been affected and I would like to help in any way that I can. Please support this project so I can continue to support my students learning.
