My Project

These items will be used to reward students when there is a substitute for the day whether I am out due to illness or during an IEP I want to encourage and reward good behavior rather than punish student's bad behavior. This will be done by having the sub give out 1-2 'tickets' per class to students who were showing on task behavior

These rewards have been an amazing way to encourage on-task and respectful behavior even when I am not in the classroom.

As a teacher it is so easy to only focus on the students who are difficult, but I want to practice highlighting students who are on task.
