My Project

I have always used Scholastic DynaMath in my classroom. I was thrilled with how engaging they were. The students enjoyed reading about world topics with mathematics embedded into the literature. This year Scholastic has replaced DynaMath with SuperSTEM Magazine. I would love to add this periodical to our Math Classroom this year.

Cross curricular items are engaging and relevant to student lives.

It is so beneficial for my students to see how math fits into the real world. They also get to engage in the informational literature and extend their learning at home with their families.

The concepts and articles were all very fascinating and allowed even my struggling readers to enjoy the material. The articles are thought provoking and will guide our discussions as we begin our math lessons.
