My Project

For the past three years, this passion project has ensured that every student starts the school year with brand-new learning materials, thanks to the generosity of DonorsChoose.org and kind donors. By providing essential supplies on day one, families can focus on other necessities while knowing their child has everything they need to succeed.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a child open their pencil box to find fresh crayons, markers, and pencils—along with a small “Glad you are here” note.

That moment of excitement and belonging is priceless. My project includes crayons, markers, folders, Play-Doh, flair pens, and more—supplies that make learning both engaging and fun! These items will support students to be able to come to school ready to learn.
