My Project

The use of manipulative for both math and reading are essential for my classroom! I worked as a former 4th grade teacher in the School District of Philadelphia. I am now moving on to a new journey as a second grade teacher in the same school district! My students are going to rely heavily on manipulatives like sight word cards, fraction strips, money and addition white boards to succeed in their journey of learning! The Philadelphia School District has many families who struggle financially, so I also wanted to provide basic materials and supplies for the scholars! I want the families to know that their children are well prepared within the classroom and will be successful!
