Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year has been an amazing year in Science! The students worked so hard to cover our curriculum and used so many class supplies to create fun-filled projects and assignments. As we wrap up the end of the year, we decided to give the students a poll on topics or ideas they want to learn about.

Students have a say in Science topics they want to learn about and they can't wait to dive in and have control of their learning.

We found that students were interested in so many topics that we didn't get a chance to cover! The 7th Grade Science Team has been working hard in finding interest projects and themed weeks that students are excited about.

So far we have started a Shark, Dinosaur, and Earth Week! Students are using the remaining supplies we have, but we are running low. We need poster papers (both large and small), colored pencils, markers, handheld sharpeners, and a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to help us give our students fun-filled lessons.
