Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious about the world they live in. They ask questions about everything!

In my opinion, I feel they should have more opportunities to explore and find out things on their own and these science STEM kits could help foster that exploration and curiosity.

The children would love to see a real butterfly emerge. They would marvel in the way a caterpillar grows and eats its food before it transforms into a butterfly. The butterfly kit would help me manage that for them.

The children love planting and learning about food and where it comes from. How great would it be if we could grow our own right in the classroom!
