Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Classroom environment has always been important. The student work on the colorful bulletin boards creates a sense of community. But, this year, we focus on the environment of our classroom. Our classroom is set in an urban industrial area, that when coupled with local fires, has added to the the contamination of our learning area.

All students deserve a healthy and clean learning space.

To combat what we can, we are bringing in live plants to help filter the air and beautify the setting. Also, a robotic vacuum can help keep the floors clean of debris and pollutants. The TpT card allows us to print some class decor supporting our environment. We don't want to live in a bubble, but we know that we can do some things to make our classroom beautiful, clean, and healthy. Thank you!
