My Students

Every day we look for new ways to raise money for our school.

My kids live in the projects and homeless shelters.

Watching their fear and horror as they had to leave the safety of our school to walk home, mostly alone, yesterday on Halloween was heartbreaking. No child should have to live in that kind of environment!

My Project

By having a Cricut machine, cartridges and paper, we can make up packages of stationery and greeting cards to sell through the P.T.A. as an ongoing fundraiser. This will give my kids the opportunity to be creative as well as feel the importance of helping to raise funds for their school.

There is nothing else as fulfilling as assisting those who need help.

By being involved in a fundraiser, my kids will feel like they are part of a community striving to help themselves and each other while being creative.
