Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With your donation my PreK-3 students will have a summer to remember! They will take home items that were used during the classroom like chalk, play-doh, bubbles, a pail, and sunglasses to make our learning fun and exciting. They will have different learning activities they can complete by using these materials that will be inside their pail. By having these items available to them they will continue to be engaged and will want to explore nature in their backyard or nearby park. This will also engage parent child involvement, because when learning is fun children are more interested. Their parents will have the opportunity to send in pictures of their ongoing summer learning. The students will be ready for the following PreK-4 school year.
