Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help me give my 5th-grade students in the Bronx NY an end-of-the-year gift!

The candy will remind them to stay sweet.

The book will remind them about the good things about themselves and encourage them to say affirmations and be kind to themselves like we practice in the classroom.

This gift will help show how much I appreciate them and for them to have a reminder of the growth they've had emotionally and academically this year! I was so lucky to have my first year in the classroom with such an amazing group of kids!
