Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager to leaarn about the world around them and how things work together. This summer we want to provide them with the materials and resources to explore their community and it's ecosystem. They will be given journals to record their observation and take notes to share at our summer science slueth camps. They will be given bags to collect samples, wax paper to make rubbings, magnifine glasses to observe up close, and bottles to collect samples to share and show. Our goal is to enlighten their inner scientist to discover ways they can help improve the community where they live.

Our students are the future and will make the world a better place by what they learn now and how to improve our environments today.

Please help provide these students with the tools to improve their ecosystem, water system, food droughts, and improve their communities making them safer for all.
