My Project

Help me supply basic supplies for students who are learning during the summer. Oftentimes my students do not have the needed supplies for summer. Summer is a pivotal time for students to continue what they learned during the school year so that they do not lose the skills. Having basic supplies will help students maintain engagement in their daily lessons. We receive virtually no funding for the 6 week summer program. By purchasing some of the items listed we can ensure students have what they need. The students we serve come from a variety of households, but many come from single parent homes, multi-generational homes and oftentimes are from families who have been identified as a lower socioeconomic status.
