Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very unique! We are a low socioeconomic Title I magnet school filled with a diverse population that represents over 75 countries and languages.

My students are hungry for knowledge in every way possible.

My students LOVE to learn about the world around them. They are eager to learn the who, when, what, where and why. We would like to provide them with reading materials that would celebrate them, their cultures, and the world around them.

My Project

Please help me help my students stay on track this summer. I want to send each student home with a summer study pack that contains card games, file folder games, matching activities, vocabulary games, and study cards that are focused on their needs so that they can continue learning this summer.

Let's not waste any time before we start learning and having fun.

We know that the summer is a delicate time in any child's learning process. Together we can make sure these students continue to grow toward success from home.

The gift cards will allow me the opportunity to buy activities that match each child's level to print and create materials to package in the bags to send home to keep over the summer. Teachers Pay Teachers allows me to differentiate and meet each child's academic needs. This will allow my students to continue to learn and make progress throughout the summer.
