My Students

I love watching my students grow throughout the year. Kindergarten is such a fun but challenging year. At this age, they are just the sweetest! I truly have wanted to be a kindergarten teacher my whole life, just like my mom.

The school that I teach at is full of diversity and different backgrounds.

I love when the students interact with each other and get to learn about where they come from, different home lives, and various other life details.

My Project

I would love to provide my students with a summer backpack that is the perfect mixture of fun and learning.

Students can use Playdough and slime for different learning activities that can be done at home over the summer.

This includes activities that can be found in their workbooks included in my summer backpack project. Crayons are also a great resource to have at home that some students may not be able to get without the help of this project.

I included different learning games and card activities for students to play over summer and keep their brain engaged so that they are ready for first grade!
