My Students

My students walk into the classroom every morning eager to learn. They love and crave the structure of the everyday routine. When I see their smiling faces in the morning it reminds me of why I got into teaching in the first place. They have a genuine love of learning when it's fun and interesting.

My students are like little sponges soaking up any and all information they can.

My goal is for each student to leave my classroom with the knowledge they need for the next year! Each student is unique and their learning styles vary, but that makes my job that much more exciting!

My Project

Just like everyone else, my students are learning from home. They need supplies to be able to continue that learning. These supplies include crayons, whiteboard markers, and earbuds. Crayons are an important way for students to express their inner artist and whiteboard markers allow them to practice their writing and math without having to waste paper. The earbuds are incredibly important, because they need to be able to focus on the work that they are doing without being distracted by their surroundings at home. I am also asking for printer ink and Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards. I have been printing packets out to send home to each student every few weeks so that they can continue to work on their reading and writing as if we were in class together.

Students today are in a challenging time.
