This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 8th-grade students will be staying after school for extra small group instruction to work on reading comprehension strategies and will require a snack. I am requesting some highlighters as we work through close reading passages to enhance their reading comprehension. Inclusively, I am requesting some snacks for my students to enjoy while they get through the extra time invested in their education. Since students will be staying a little longer in school, the students will be getting home a little later than usual therefore prolonging their dinner hour.
