Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our third graders are inquisitive, bright, and enthusiastic learners. They are interested in learning and staying engaged during our online and in person lessons. Despite the fact that they've been learning remotely since March 2020 due to the pandemic, they are eager to learn in class. On April 20,2021 some of our students returned to campus.

Unfortunately many families are experiencing unemployment, evictions, COVID-19, and loss of loved ones.

Many students of our community live in small apartments or homes where they live with several families due to the high cost of living.

My Project

Study.com will give my students bite size information appropriate for their age to motivate them to learn online. The majority of our third graders are still attending school remotely. This digital subscription will allow teacher to make lessons more engaging and fun for students.

Teachers will be able to create, assign and reinforce lessons for students on study.com to complete asynchronously or in person.

Study.com is an informational resource that students can use in person. A few of my students have selected a hybrid model so this digital resource will be helpful for all my students. I strongly believe that education an asset that nobody can take away from students.
