This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is equally important to ensure that our students maintain a healthy and hygienic lifestyle. A clean and healthy environment significantly contributes to their well-being and enhances their ability to learn and grow.
We would like to remind all students and families of some key practices to help promote good health and hygiene:
Regular Handwashing: Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water, especially before meals and after using the restroom, is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs.
Physical Activity: Encouraging students to engage in regular physical activities promotes not only their physical health but also their mental well-being.
Adequate Rest: Getting enough sleep is crucial for a student’s concentration, mood, and overall health.
