My students need a rug sit on during whole group instruction. This rug will help me with behavior management.

My Students

Every morning the students and I always sing a good morning song. A typical day in my classroom is that my students are always moving around and up and down on the floor or in their seats. At the end of the year I want my students to be successful, and I want them to know they are reading.

My student are really great!

They are so energetic and are eager to learn. My school is in a poor district with little resources to get materials we need for our classrooms. Our school's budget keeps getting lowered each year, and teachers are not getting the supplies they need.

My Project

My students will use the carpet every single day to sit on and be able to focus while I am teaching. The carpet will help me with behavior management. This carpet will also help the students learn their colors and the beginning sounds of the different pictures on the carpet.

Receiving this carpet will help me improve my classroom behavior management.

The students can have fun learning and have a place to sit on a rug instead of the cold, hard floor.
