This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is no secret that many students often come to school not having their basic needs met. My goal with this is to be able to provide students with products that they can take with them. Students often come seeking access to these basic necessities and I want to be able to provide them, at no cost to them.

Some items on this list include:

-A handheld vacuum, swiffer, and disinfectant wipes to keep our classroom clean

-Breakfast bars for our students to eat when they arrive to school

-Bins to keep our food sealed so bugs cannot get inside
