Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

To enhance daily attendance at our school, the attendance committee has developed a series of positive incentives aimed at motivating students to attend regularly and arrive on time. Each day, students who demonstrate good attendance will have the opportunity to earn exciting prizes like hats and socks, encouraging them to come to school and stay warm. By analyzing attendance data, we can identify students needing social-emotional supports and basic necessities. These initiatives not only aim to improve attendance rates but also foster a sense of excitement and belonging, making students eager to participate in activities and engage with the school community.
