My Students

My students are so excited to be coming back to class in the fall; however, unfortunately, due to lack of funding and resources, teachers are required to provide cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer. These supplies are of utmost importance in helping to prevent infections within the classroom and subsequently the school.

My Project

Students in Chicago will be returning to the classroom in the fall but without the necessary supplies to help keep students and adults safe each day in the building. With these essential supplies, students and adults will have a better chance to keep instruction in the class, which is crucial for students' learning and their social and emotional well-being as well. Each classroom will need a high amount of these sanitizing supplies for this plan to work, and with these supplies, I will be equipped to better keep everyone safe in my classroom.
