Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students have special needs and are very bright and energetic. They are very creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. These children inspire me each day and reminds me of why I became a teacher.
My Project
Students will be researching historical figures and these materials will help them to do so. They will be creating posters and collages so the copy paper will be helpful. The sanitizer will help them be safe in these times. My students needs hands on activities to help then focus. Researching is a great way to engage them and keep them focused. Many of them are nervous about the virus so the sanitizer will help them feel more comfortable as they work on their research. Thank you for your kind support.
