Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many students have been struggling with attendance after COVID, so we are working as a school to identify ways to help encourage students to be here every day and engaged in classes. In asking students what would motivate them, many say that having more big prizes in the school store would be motivating.

As such, we are asking for your help to get a PlayStation 5, wireless earbuds, and string lights that we can use to motivate students to earn points for being here, completing work, and engaging in school.

Our students will be able to use the points they earn during class for completing work, participating and homework to purchase highly motivated school store items such as these. Many thanks for all of your ongoing support for to help get our students focused on doing the right things at school every day.
