Support Our Student Office Assistants with Essential Supplies!

Our student office assistants play a crucial role in keeping our school running smoothly.

Each day, they dedicate their time to helping staff and fellow students by managing paperwork and organizing supplies. To support their efforts and create a productive, professional environment, we need essential supplies that will help them stay clean, organized, and efficient.

Why These Items Matter

*Hand Sanitizer, Hand Soap, Lysol Wipes – Our student assistants handle paperwork, answer phones, and interact with staff throughout the day. These supplies will help maintain cleanliness, prevent the spread of germs, and promote a healthy environment.

*Air Freshener – A clean and fresh-smelling space creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for students and staff who visit the office.

*Paper Shredder – Students will learn the importance of confidentiality and proper document disposal by shredding outdated or sensitive paperwork.

*Lock Box for Cell Phones – This will help students stay focused while they work, teaching them responsibility and professionalism.

*Bulletin Board Strips – These will allow students to display important reminders, schedules, and office procedures in an organized and visible way.

*Office Stamps & Tape Dispenser – Students will use these tools for processing paperwork, labeling documents, and completing tasks efficiently, reinforcing organization and attention to detail.

How These Supplies Will Make a Difference

By providing these resources, we are not only enhancing the daily workflow of our student office assistants but also equipping them with important life skills such as organization, time management, and professionalism. A clean, well-organized, and properly equipped workspace will boost their confidence and efficiency, allowing them to take pride in their work.
