My Students

Our class is full of excited, eager-to-learn 1st graders, each of them from a different background bringing diversity to the table. We are in full distance learning, but each student joins in with a smile on their face and ready to take on the day.

These children are bright.

They share wonderful ideas daily. They are full of questions about the world around them. Each day, I am amazed by the ideas and discussions these children come up with!

We are learning in a different way this year. Even with this challenge of distance learning, I can see my students give me their best.

My Project

Our school has been 100% online learning since March of 2020 due to the pandemic. We are going to begin having students return to the building in a hybrid model where one group of students will come to school two days a week and then another group will come to school two other days.

My students will not be able to share materials so I would like to give each the opportunity to have their own.

Each student will get a set of learning materials that can be used throughout the school year. They will not have to worry if the materials have been sanitized before they use them because each student will have a set.
