My Project
I teach at a Title I school, and most of our families are considered low-income. These supplies will take the burden of purchasing new supplies off the families and make it so all students have the same supplies daily. I never want a student to worry if they don't have a pencil.
I work with a diverse population of students who have varying needs and benefit from interactive lessons.
The supplies I'm requesting include tissues, hand sanitizer, and construction paper. All of these items will be used during interactive lessons. I do a lot of crafts and hands on learning that involves construction paper. This item will be used frequently and throughout the year. Tissues and hand sanitizer will help keep my students healthy throughout the year! I want to ensure they have everything they need to succeed at school and not worry about how they will get it.
