Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
Our school works hard to ensure that students enter their doors with welcoming arms, and leave with knowledge of their strengths, worth, and potential. One of the most valuable things about my classroom is its diversity of learners. I serve students from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. This school year will start differently than most, but I can't wait to meet my new 8th grade students.
My Project
Going back into the classroom in the fall, it is more important than ever for students to feel comfortable and noticed at school. For many students, it's been over a year since they have set foot in a school building. With this classroom library, I hope to find books that help students feel at home and fall back in love with reading.
This year I hope to inspire the young readers in my classroom by building a library that is diverse, engaging, and interesting.
Please help me build this library by supporting this project and the young readers that it will reach.
