This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our preschoolers are getting ready for a big milestone—their promotion ceremony! To make this celebration extra special, we want to incorporate music by giving each child the opportunity to learn and perform with a ukulele.

Music ignites creativity, boosts confidence, and helps with coordination and early literacy skills.

By introducing ukuleles, not only will our little learners get to experience the joy of playing an instrument, but they will also create lasting memories as they strum their hearts out on stage in front of their families.

Your generous support will help us purchase a class set of ukuleles that we will use to prepare for this magical event. Even after the promotion ceremony, these instruments will continue to enrich our classroom, sparking a love for music that will resonate throughout the year.
