The cross country and track & field seasons can be tough on athletes' bodies. Making sure athletes are properly warmed up before practice and doing the things they need to do to recover properly is key.
Having our own set of stretching straps will give our athletes the ability to make sure they are properly stretched before each practice, along with having our own set of lacrosse balls, which the athletes can use to help roll and stretch out sore spots will improve their recovery greatly.
We are also on the move a lot with practices, practicing at the track or on the trails in the area. These items are easily portable, which make it easy to take them from place to place for use on a regular basis.
