My Project

Reading can reduce stress by taking readers out of their everyday lives and into new worlds. It can also help muscles relax and slow breathing, making people feel calmer.

Reading can spark creativity and imagination by immersing people in new worlds and characters.

This can help people develop ideas and possibilities and be more open to hearing other people's opinions.
