Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A laptop and mouse will help my students specifically find methods to manage their stress. I have a lot of students who are juniors and seniors who speak to me regularly about wanting to pass their exams at the end of the year. My students have a lot of anxiety surrounding test scores and graduating.

These tools will help them by using relaxation apps throughout the day to help manage their stress.

They will learn how to reduce their anxiety through breathing exercises, self-care, and building resilience. My main goal for this project is to ease my students' stress.
