My Project

STEAM is a combination of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. STEAM activities help kids to build a strong fundamental understanding of complex principles, they can build upon in higher grades. STEAM enhances the multifaceted talents and skills of students. Students are able to become more hands-on with problem-solving and collaboration. STEAM can guide students' inquiry, discussion, and problem-solving skills.

Items on the list are various STEAM activities that my students will be able to enjoy and use throughout various times of the school day.

I will be using these items as morning bins in order for students to interact with each other in order to get thier minds geared up and prepared for the day. Additionally, the STEAM activities will be used during exploration of science, math, and art lessons as we move through the provided curriculum. The cart will be used to assist with transporting of various learing activites and materials, as I often take students outside to learn when the weather permits.

Lastly, the chair on my list is to assist with daily carpet time with students and to gain better access to the stand up desk that I often use during instruction.
