My Project

In my classroom, we are currently talking about space. My students are so excited to share all they know! One of the ways they have been learning more about space is through reading. They love reading graphic novels, but we do not have any graphic novels that center on space.

These graphic novels will be available for students to both read to learn about space and center our learning around writing science fiction.

We will use these books to lead our discussions about what is science fiction and what in these stories is fact and what is fiction. This will help guide our learning around criticism and understanding how to read books more thoughtfully.
