Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to learn while listening to stories. I am always impressed with the power a new book can have on my students and shape their interests. Having no budget for new materials means we have a limited library in my music classroom.

If my students received new books, they would have the opportunity to learn about music from all over the world.

They would get insight to music theory, instruments, and many famous musical artists from different cultures. They would have the opportunity to bring these stories home to their families.
