This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me continue to add even more and stress-management and wellness items to my Self-Care and Calming Center!

My school's Self-Care and Calming Center is a place students can go when they're feeling overwhelmed and need a moment to de-stress.

Thanks to a previous Donors Choose project, the Self-Care and Calming Center has been a huge success and has benefited my students in tremendous ways. This project will add items like bubble wrap, sensory strips, pin art and sand art to support student self-care. These items have been specifically requested by the students who visit the center often.
