Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love the enthusiasm and curiosity my students bring to the classroom every day. They are eager to learn and full of energy, which makes creating a supportive and clean learning environment all the more important. The resources I'm requesting - tissues, hand soap, disinfecting wipes, a broom and dustpan, hand sanitizer, and a first aid kit - are essential for maintaining a healthy and organized space that fosters learning.

By providing these items, I will ensure that our classroom remains clean and sanitary, which is crucial for preventing illness and keeping students focused on their studies.

The tissues and hand soap will help manage everyday hygiene, while the disinfecting wipes will allow us to keep our shared surfaces germ-free. The broom and dustpan will help us quickly address spills and messes, maintaining a safe environment, and the hand sanitizer will be a convenient option for quick hand cleaning. The first aid kit is vital for addressing minor injuries and ensuring we are prepared for any accidents.

My goal for this project is to create an environment where students can thrive academically without the distraction or discomfort of a messy or unhealthy classroom.

What makes my students special is their unwavering curiosity and resilience. They approach each lesson with a positive attitude and a willingness to engage deeply, making it all the more important that we support their learning with a clean and well-equipped classroom.
