My Project

Our students come to school from the surrounding neighborhood as well as other parts of the city. Having a diverse group of students means that we have a lot of fun in art class. Our kids are serious about their art projects and tell me how excited they are to come to class. They learn from each other as we tackle new projects each year.

Our classroom smocks are in poor shape.

Over the years they get knotted and torn, and we definitely need to replace them. Uniform shirts with paint on them frustrate parents, and we try to "rock a smock" whenever we use paint.
