My Project

Integrating interactive learning with snack breaks can be a highly effective strategy to enhance student engagement, retention, and overall classroom experience. By combining educational activities with the opportunity to have a snack, I can create an environment that is both stimulating and supportive of students’ physical and cognitive needs.

Combining interactive learning with snack breaks not only nourishes students physically but also enhances cognitive engagement, critical thinking, and social learning.

When snacks are provided in the classroom, they provide both a mental and physical boost that promotes a more active, participatory, and enjoyable classroom experience. Whether through games, group activities, or critical thinking, snacks in the classroom become an integral and productive part of the learning process.
