My Students

My students are absolutely AMAZING and I miss them fiercely! We closed school suddenly on March 13th. We didn't expect it and we believed we would have a bit more time with our kids.

Unfortunately, we didn't have more time, and we have been working to serve our students from home.

What has been most difficult, however, is that my students don't have access to technology, internet, or learning tools at home, which has significantly limited the learning opportunities I can provide during this coronavirus pandemic.

My Project

Most of my students don't have the learning tools at home that they need in order to continue learning in a hands-on way. With all of our learning being done virtually and at home, due to the coronavirus epidemic, my students and their learning are at a disadvantage. My goal throughout this time continues to be to provide the same fun, engaging and hands-on learning, despite my students learning at home.

Supplies such as water colors, journals appropriate for my students' ages and abilities, pencils, glue sticks, crayons and colored pencils, will help my students continue to learn, while being at home.

My students are all learners with special needs and need their learning to be provided in a hands-on way. These items will allow me to provide lessons that continue to be hands-on and full of fun!
