Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a third grade teacher in a low-income, high-poverty school district. I have a class of wonderful third graders that consists of English language learners, special education students, and general education students who come from various ethnic backgrounds. Despite the many challenges my students face, my students come to school eager to learn and strive to do better. They ask questions and are not afraid to take risks or make mistakes.

My students are creative and active third graders who are passionate about their work and projects.

I want to give my amazing students the skills and tools to be their very best selves.

My Project

With the uncertain times ahead, it is unsure whether we will be in school or at home. That means we need supplies that are used for either situation. With these magnetic supplies I will be able to teach in school or at home from a magnetic board. The timer will keep us on track, the magnetic paper will help with sentence starters and writing, and the literacy charts will help with ELA this year.

In school or at home, we will make sure each student has every need met!

With each of these magnetic items it will make it easier to teach from the board or on camera. Please help me help my students!
