My Project

Please help me to get supplies for upcoming STEM Units. I am begging for some help to get these items for the upcoming units, including a food science unit. The units start in March. These items, just like in the other projects, will also be used for my regular science classes and the STEM Summer Camps that I teach in neighboring low-income areas. We will be making ice cream, potato chips from scratch, and other food items. Students will be learning how to research what is good to put into the body, what is not, the origin of food items, thermal energy, and more.
