Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting several LEGO kits for my students. My plan is to use these during our STEM station lessons. I have chosen flower and plant themed LEGO sets specifically to add to our science unit. Students will learn how living things such as plants and flowers survive. Then, during our STEM time students will work together to create fun flower and plant sets. This will bring science, technology, engineering and math all come together with these LEGO kits. This will make an impact on their learning as they will work together and collaborate on these kits. Students need skills like collaboration in order to help them succeed.

My goal for this project is to help students make the connection from science learning to STEM learning.

I think we can do that with these LEGO sets. Thank you for supporting!
