My Project

I teach a group of determined fifth-graders. They have a deep interest in all things STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). I want to provide them with materials in the classroom to help them continue to expand their understanding of these topics and continue to grow.

Hands on learning is the best way to develop critical thinking skills and resourcefulness because students have to choose their course of action.

By giving them a range of supplies and activities, they can strengthen their collaboration skills as they work with their group mates to create something new.

Mrs. Ramas South Park Elementary School Grades 3-5
